Your Taper journey conversation roadmap

This roadmap is intended to provide you with education around potential pathways for coming off medication. It is NOT a replacement for a real plan created with your mental health advisor or doctor. However, it gives you the basis and opening to have a real conversation around coming off medication you no longer wish to be on.
